Actually, I’ve spent a lot of my time reading up on all things Paleo and adding some new blogs to my reader. …and deleting some too…okay, just overall updating. Watch out Blogroll, you’re next to get updated (maybe tomorrow, though).
But there is a reason to my All Things Paleo! My Crossfit is having a challenge, and I was game at the first mention of it. The challenge is called the MVT Challenge, as in meat, veggies, training. I wish I could tell you more at this time, but you’ll just have to wait because I’m figuring it out as I’m going along too.

Its ok, I have fallen behind on my yoga every day challenge, and then the replacement challenge of eat well and exercise every day while always being patient and kind, well that one’s not going perfectly either.s

My Crossfit is having a similar “Paleo Challenge” starting July 1…I am going to do it. I need to get back on track…after my Philly trip. Miss you.
